BPSC AAO Vacancy Details 2022

As per the official notice, the application forms were invited between April and May last year, on the official website, bpsc.bih.nic.in. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the preliminary exam, followed by the main written exam and interview round. Candidates aged between 21 to 37 Years are eligible to apply and there is an age relaxation of up to 3 years for BC/EBC/ UR females and 5 years for SC/ ST candidates.

The Assistant Audit Officer post comes under Pay-Level 7 in the new 7th CPC pay matrix. The selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400 per month. The initial salary will be Rs. 44,900 plus allowances like Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, TA, etc.

BPSC AAO Vacancy 2022- Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification

The candidate must be a graduate with any one of subjects including Commerce, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics from any recognized University. MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA, and CS certificates are also eligible to apply for these posts.

Age Limit

Age Limit is expected as on 01/08/2020.

• Minimum Age:21 Years
• Maximum Age for Male: 37 Years
• Maximum Age for Female: 40 Years
• Age Relaxation applicable as per Rules.

Selection Process

• The selection process will comprise of written test (preliminary and main) and an interview.
• The preliminary written test will be for 2 hours the 150 marks questions will be asked.
• Candidates who will qualify for the prelims exam will have to appear for the main examination.
• The main examination will have three subjects.
• The interview will comprise 120 marks.
