The Employees Provident Fund Organization’s (EPFO) Assistant selection process has two stages of written examination followed by document verification. Like any other government recruitment test, EPFO assistants do face a lot of competition. So to crack the test with flying colours, and to grab the job offer you should follow a foolproof EPFO assistant preparation strategy. Start with the exam pattern, and syllabus. Be it this test or any other exam you should familiarize yourselves with the exam pattern, and syllabus completely even before filling the application form. About 10 times the number of vacancies in each category based on their performance in the Preliminary exam will get shortlisted for the Main examination. - Based on the candidate’s performance in the main examination, around 5 times the number of vacancies the shortlist will get prepared.

- Apart from the English language section, all questions are bilingual (both English and Hindi).
