Handloom and Textile Recruitment Assam 2021 – Eligibility Criteria

Citizenship

• Candidate must be citizen of India within meaning of Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and must be a permanent resident of Assam.

Document  Required-

• The candidate must produce Registration Certificate of Employment Exchange in the State of Assam along with the applicant form.

Educational Qualification

Candidate should be 8^th standard passed from any recognized Institute.

Age Limit

• The candidate applying must not be less than 18 years of age
• For unreserved category – not more than 40 years
• For OBC/ MOBC – 43 years
• For SC/ ST(P)/ ST(H) – 45 years and
• For Persons with Disability (PwD) – 50 years

Selection process is as given below-

• Candidates are selected based on marks scored in OMR based written examination.
• The first Merit Lists will be prepared on the marks scored on OMR based written examination
• One merit list will be prepared for the post category wise, i.e. Unreserved, OBC/MOBC, SC, ST(P), ST(H) & EWS separately for male and female as per vacancies for different posts for the entire State.

• Interested and eligible candidates may apply online at official recruitment portal “handloomtextilerecruitment.in”
• Login to official website and register.
• Registered candidates login using login credentials and must fill up the prescribed form available.
• After filling the form candidates must are required to upload a latest passport photograph, Age proof certificate (Admit Card of H.S.L.C. or equivalent examination), Qualification certificate, Valid Registration Certificate of Employment Exchange, Declaration form, Scanned Signature etc. as per guidelines given in the notification.
