Eligibility Criteria for KMML Recruitment 2021

Educational Qualification

Mines Foreman

All the candidates applying for this post must have passed SSLC with Mines Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (restricted to Open Cast Mines as per Metalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961). Furthermore, minimum of 5 years    post qualification experience in Mechanized Opencast Mines is desirable.

Personnel Officer

All the candidates applying for this post must possess a degree from a recognized university with post graduate degree in Personnel Management.

Furthermore, he/she should have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in all aspects of Personnel Management functions in the level of Personnel Officer in Executive position in an industrial establishment. He/she should be fully conversant with interpretation and implementation of   labour laws.

Junior Technician

All the candidates applying for this post must have passed ITI certificate examination in respective trades approved by NCVT. A 3-year experience in a reputable manufacturing concern is also desirable.

However, for candidates applying for Instrumentation technician post, a Diploma in instrumentation or Electronics or Electrical Engineering with minimum 60 % marks and 3-year experience in instrumentation field in a reputable manufacturing concern is desirable.

Executive Trainee

All the candidates applying for this post must possess a B.Tech degree in the respective field with minimum 60% marks.

Age Limit

However, all of the maximum age limits is as per the age on 01.01.2021. Additionally, age relaxation will be given to the deserving candidates.
