RRB ALP Exam Pattern 2024
There are RRB ALP four stages of the selection process, such as CBT stage I & II, CBT Stage III, and Documents Verification.
The candidates have to appear in all the tests and the successful candidates will be qualified for the next stage.

- Both sections are in an objective format.
- There will be negative marking for the first two stages.
- ⅓ rd of the allotted marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- If a candidate qualifies for both the CBT I and CBT II stages, he will be summoned for Computer Based Aptitude Test and Document Verification.
- In the third stage, there will be no negative marking.
- The third stage exam will have questions both in English and Hindi.
RRB ALP Computer Based Aptitude Test
The Computer Based Aptitude Test will be only for the candidates for Assistant Loco Pilot.
- There will be no negative marking in this stage.
- One needs to score a minimum 42 marks in each ‘test of batteries’ to qualify.
- No relaxation is permissible for this stage of selection.
RRB ALP Document Verification (DV)
The candidates who will be qualified in all the four stages of the selection process, then they will be qualified for Document Verification. The candidates have to produce all the original documents during DV.
