The examination consists of objective type questions
Each correct answer will be rewarded one mark
For every wrong answer 0.33 of the marks will be deducted
The normalised score qualifies candidates to the next round that is CBT 2 examination of RRB JE
The question paper will be available in the following languages: English, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Punjabi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Konkani, Odiya, Assamese, Bengali, Manipuri, and Malayalam.
