Essential skills

• 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, especially Interaction Studio/MCP, with strong focus on real-time personalization and decisioning.
• Experience with sitemap implementation, event tracking, campaign setup, user identity resolution, JavaScript, APIs, JSON, and front-end technologies.
• Experience in integrating MCP with Data Cloud, CRM, and external systems, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Designing and executing real-time personalization campaigns and digital marketing strategies using MCP or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with content management systems, digital asset management, dynamic content delivery, and cross-channel personalization across mobile, web, and social channels.
