Candidates who find any discrepancy in their community status as recorded in the rank list should immediately report it to the Deputy Secretary (Examination)-III, Kerala Public Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram.
Such requests must be submitted within one month from the date of publication of the rank list. This is important to ensure that eligible candidates receive the reservation benefits to which they are entitled. If discrepancies are not reported within the prescribed period, candidates will be considered according to the details already recorded in the rank list.
Kerala PSC Excise Inspector Rank List 2026 Relinquishment Procedure
Candidates who do not wish to be considered for future appointment through the Kerala PSC Excise Inspector Rank List 2026 can voluntarily relinquish their claim. The relinquishment application must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Kerala Public Service Commission and addressed to the Secretary, Kerala Public Service Commission Head Office, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram – 695004.
The application should be duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and accompanied by a notarized affidavit and a self-attested copy of a valid photo identity proof. Requests submitted in any format other than the prescribed one will not be accepted.
Relinquishment requests received within 15 days from the publication of the rank list will be considered against pending vacancy requisitions. After this period, requests will be accepted only if they are received before the vacancy is reported to the Commission for the candidate’s appointment advice.
