3. Click on ‘Rank Lists’

Validity of the Junior Instructor Rank List 2025

The Kerala PSC Ranked List will remain in force until:

• A new list is published after one year, or
• A maximum of three years, whichever is earlier.

Candidates will be advised for appointment based on:

• Reported vacancies during the list’s validity, and
• Existing rules on reservation and rotation.

Note:

Inclusion in the list does not guarantee appointment. Candidates remaining on the list at the time of its cancellation will have no claim for appointment.

Rechecking of Junior Instructor Answer Scripts

Revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. However, candidates may apply for rechecking through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile on the official website:

• Website: www.keralapsc.gov.in
• Fee: ₹85 (via e-payment only)
• Time period: Within 15 days of the publication date of the Ranked List
• Other methods (email/post/direct) will not be accepted.

Photocopy of OMR Answer Sheets – Junior Instructor Exam

Candidates can request a photocopy of their OMR Answer Sheets (Part A & B) by:

• Applying via OTR profile at www.keralapsc.gov.in
• Paying a fee of ₹335 through e-payment
• Submitting the application within 15 days of Ranked List publication

Only one copy will be issued per candidate.
Copies of invalidated OMR sheets will not be issued.
Applications via email/post/direct will not be considered.

Correction of Community Details

Entries in Column (9) of the Ranked List reflect the community status as declared by candidates in their applications and supported by documents.
If any discrepancy is noticed, the candidate must inform:

Within one month of the Ranked List publication. Failure to do so will result in the candidate being advised as listed.

Relinquishment of Claim – Junior Instructor Rank List

Candidates wishing to relinquish their claim for advice from the Ranked List must:

1. Use the prescribed format (available on the PSC website)
2. Submit to: Secretary, KPSC, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram
3. Include:

• • Gazetted Officer attestation (with signature, name, designation, and seal)

  • Notarized affidavit

  • Self-attested photo ID proof

Requests received within 15 days of the Ranked List publication will be honored for vacancies pending up to finalization.

After that, requests will be accepted only if submitted before the date of vacancy receipt.

Disposal of Junior Instructor OMR Sheets

The A and B parts of the OMR answer scripts will be destroyed after six months from the date of finalization of the Ranked List.
