Key Responsibilities
- Perform final inspection of valves as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality plans
- Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
- Inspect spares and components to ensure compliance with defined requirements
- Carry out incoming inspection of raw materials and purchased items
- Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
- Perform documentation verification, including test certificates, material certificates, and inspection reports
- Ensure proper traceability and filing of quality documents
- Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn quality control processes, tools, and standards
- Participate in training and improvement initiatives to enhance inspection skills
