The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the much-anticipated NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories) Recruitment Notification. This significant announcement paved the way for lakhs of job aspirants seeking a career in the Indian Railways. The RRB NTPC 2024 recruitment drive encompasses a wide range of posts suitable for both graduate and undergraduate candidates. The RRB NTPC has extended the last date for applying online for graduate vacancies to October 20, 2024, and for undergraduate (UG) vacancies to October 27, 2024. The application fee is Rs. 500 for general/OBC and Rs. 250 for reserved categories.

How to apply for RRB NTPC Examination?
- Open any of the RRB websites. For ex, RRN Thiruvananthapuram can be accessed through the given address: http://rrbthiruvananthapuram.gov.in/
- Here on the home page, we can find the notification for the RRB NTPC once it is out. There the candidates can find the “Click here to apply online”. Click on it, another window will pop out.
- Here we have to select the RRB on which we wish to apply. Applicants make sure that they have gone through the vacancy list before selecting the RRB.
- Candidates can register their application after clicking on the ‘New Registration” icon . Make sure you have your SSLC / Class 10 registration number with you.
- After registration candidates will guide to verify their email id and mobile number through OTP.
- After completing the registration and verification ,payment window will open.Here the applicants can choose the mode of payment, Post office / Bank. Applicants who attend Stage 01 CBT are eligible for refund of examination fee.
- After completing the payment candidates need to login to their account to complete the application form .In this stage you have to prioritise the posts on which you wish to apply.
- Candidates should make sure that their photograph is a colour Passport Photograph with white/light colour background (20 x 240 pixels) and should be in JPG/JPEG format.
Candidates can fill the applications from the RRB website from the first day of application mentioned in the notification. Candidates should pay the examination fees on or before the last date.
