RRB NTPC City Intimation Slip and E-Call Letter: When to Expect Them
RRB typically releases two pre-exam documents in the lead-up to CBT 1:
- City Intimation Slip: Expected to be released approximately 10 days before the exam date — this tells you which city you’ve been allotted for the test, giving you time to plan travel and accommodation.
- E-Call Letter (Admit Card): Expected approximately 4 days before the exam — this is the actual admit card, containing your exam centre address, reporting time, shift details, and other important instructions.
Both are usually released on the official RRB website and the respective regional RRB portals, so keep checking closer to the date. Carry a valid photo ID along with the printed e-call letter on exam day, as is standard for RRB exams.
