The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has published the most awaited combined state/ upper subordinate services (PCS) exam 2019 on February 17, 2021. A total of 434 candidates have been qualified in the exam and the candidates can check the result through the official website- uppsc.up.nic.in. Vishal Saraswat from Mathura has topped the exam, while Yugantar Tripathi of Prayagraj secured the second rank and Poonam Gautam of Lucknow grabbed the third position. UPPSC PCS 2019 exam was earlier held in the month of September for 46 posts of deputy collector, 19 posts of assistant commissioner (industries), 34 posts of block development officer, 150 posts of naib tehsildar, 16 posts of accounts and audit officer, 22 posts of law officer, and 9 posts of food safety officer and few others. UPPSC 2019 Result – Vishal Saraswat Tops the PSC Exam
In the UPPSC combined state/ upper subordinate services (PCS) 2019 exam, which was declared on 17th February, 2021, Vishal Saraswat of Mathura has topped the exam this year. This is Vishal’s second attempt, while he appeared for the exam in 2018, but was not able to qualify the interview stage. Vishal holds a post graduation degree in Economics. Meanwhile, Yugantar Tripathi of Naini Prayagraji has secured the second rank in the examination followed by Poonam Gautam of Indira Nagar, Lucknow at the third position.

UPPSC has announced the combined state / upper subordinate services (PCS) exam 2019 on it’s official website. The PCS (Mains) 2019 exam was held in two shifts between September 22nd and 26. The result for the Main exam was declared on 24th December 2021. A total 811 candidates were qualified for the interview and the interviews were conducted from January 28 to February 4, 2021. A total of 453 candidates were qualified. This exam was held to fill in vacancies for 453 posts of 25 different kinds, including 65 posts for which here was no provision for an interview.
In the UPPSC PCS 2019 examination, out of 453 candidates Vishal Saraswat from Mathura secured first place, while Yugantar Tripathi of Prayagraj secured the second rank and Poonam Gautam of Lucknow got the third position.
