Role Overview: IND Analyst I – Health
This is an analyst-level support role within the Broking solution line, focused on the US Health and Benefits domain.
The analyst will:
- Assist consultants and other stakeholders in the US Health and Benefits domain
- Deliver RFP/Renewal reports to clients
- Work on an internal client database tool to update policy information related to US health and benefit plans
- Provide clients with market insights and measures of how their benefit programs compare to the competition
- Deliver reports based on parameters such as premium, claims, and loss ratios.
The process involves analysing healthcare product information from vendors and onshore consultants, covering:
- Premiums
- Claims
- Plan attributes.

The Analyst I – Health provides high-quality administrative support for internal and external clients by:
- Operating as part of a team under the supervision of Senior Analysts / Operations Manager
- Executing projects in line with SLA requirements, timelines, and quality standards, while ensuring high internal and external client satisfaction
- Reviewing plan and proposal documents to create plan designs in the Greater Insight System (internal tool)
- Ensuring timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
- Handling issue/query resolution with proper documentation and follow-up
- Identifying, sharing, and supporting operational improvements
- Collaborating with peers at Aon to understand methodologies and follow processes
- Enhancing technical skills and personal effectiveness through training and education
- Bridging the communication gap between onshore consultants and insurance vendors
- Managing client/shared mailboxes.

Required Education and Experience
- Education: Graduate (any stream except technical graduates)
- Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience.
