Work You’ll Do
As a Services Support Associate on this team, you will be responsible for:
- Producing accurate administrative deliverables and managing assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Documenting project activities in workflow tools and maintaining Deloitte brand standards across deliverables
- Drafting, formatting, and editing correspondence, presentations, and other business documents
- Coordinating with national and local teams while supporting stakeholder requests across levels
- Providing administrative support for time and expense, request for payment, Swift, and SharePoint activities

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject with 0–5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and similar business tools to complete administrative work
- Experience preparing, formatting, and editing business correspondence and deliverables
- Experience supporting administrative processes such as time and expense, request for payment, or workflow tracking
- Ability to work rotational shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers, or Managers
- Experience working in a service center or shared services environment
- Experience using Swift, Payables Tool, SAP, or SharePoint
- Experience coordinating work with virtual or cross-location teams
- Experience conducting internet or intranet research for business requests
