IOCL Electrical Engineer Salary 2025 – Pay Scale
1: Between the period of 1858-1947, how many Viceroys ruled over India?
Candidates selected as Engineers/Officers in IOCL will be placed in the pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000, with an initial basic pay of ₹50,000 per month. In addition to the basic pay, they are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA) and other allowances as per the Corporation’s rules.
The comprehensive benefits package includes HRA or subsidized housing (depending on the posting location), medical facilities, gratuity, contributory provident fund, group personal accident insurance, leave encashment, leave travel concession (LTC)/leave fare assistance (LFA), superannuation benefits, conveyance/maintenance reimbursement, and Performance Related Pay (PRP).
