Steps to File Complaints regarding Provisional Answer Key
Any complaints regarding the provisional answer key in respect of OMR offline examinations can be submitted online only through the OTR Profile of Candidates. The respective corrections should be submitted within a period of 5 days from the date of publication of the Provisional Answer Key (both days are included). Check the procedure to file a complaint:
- Candidates should log in to the One-Time registration profile of Kerala PSC- Thulasi.
- In the profile, click on the tab- ‘Answer Key Complaints’.
- Then click on the File a Complaint menu.
- After that enter details like- Date of Exam, Name of Post, Question Number, Complaint, and the Reference or proof-like books or journals to resolve your complaint.
- Submit all the necessary details within 31st July 2021.
