Kerala PSC Computer Operator Rank List 2026 – Important Notes & Guidelines

The Kerala Public Service Commission has released the Ranked List for the post of Computer Operator/Analyst. Candidates selected from this list will be advised for appointment based on merit, reservation rules, and reported vacancies. The list remains valid for a minimum of one year or until three years, whichever is earlier.

1. Appointment Guidelines

• Appointments are made according to reservation rules and rotation policies as amended by the Commission.
• There is no guarantee that all candidates in the Ranked List will secure an appointment.
• Candidates remaining in the Ranked List at the time of cancellation have no claim to appointment.

2. Rechecking of Answer Scripts

• Revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed, but candidates may request rechecking through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile on the Kerala PSC website.
• A fee of ₹85 must be paid via e-payment on the portal.
• The application period is 15 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List.
• Late applications or submissions through email, post, or in person will not be considered.
• Invalidated answer scripts will not be rechecked, and fees are non-refundable.

3. Obtaining OMR Answer Sheet Copies

• Candidates can request photocopies of Part A & Part B OMR sheets via their OTR profile.
• Fee for OMR copy: ₹335, payable through e-payment.
• Requests are allowed 15 days from the publication date.
• Each candidate will receive the copy only once, and invalidated OMR sheets will not be issued.

4. Community/Reservation Corrections

• Entries in the Ranked List are based on the community details provided in the application.
• If any discrepancies exist, candidates must notify the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, KPSC, Thiruvananthapuram within one month of publication to ensure proper reservation benefits.

5. Relinquishment of Claim

• Candidates wishing to relinquish their claim must submit the prescribed form available on the Kerala PSC website.
• The request must include:

  • A notarized affidavit

  • Self-attested ID proof with photograph

  • Attestation by a Gazetted Officer

• Applications must be submitted within 15 days of publication to be honored against pending vacancies.
• Requests received after the specified period will be considered only if received before the vacancy advice.

6. Retention and Destruction of OMR Scripts

• Part A and Part B OMR scripts will be destroyed 6 months after the finalization of the Ranked List.
