Kerala PSC Draftsman Grade 1 Shortlist 2026 – Important Notes & Guidelines
The Draftsman Grade 1 Probability List released by Kerala PSC contains important instructions for shortlisted candidates. Below are the key details you must know regarding selection, verification, reservation, and answer script procedures.
Provisional Inclusion in Probability List
Inclusion of register numbers in the Probability List is purely provisional. It is subject to detailed scrutiny of applications and verification of eligibility. Being included in the shortlist does not guarantee inclusion in the final Ranked List.
Basis of Preparation
The Probability List is prepared based on the OMR Test conducted on by the commission. Only eligible candidates who secured top marks are included. Claims made after submission of the application will not be considered at any stage of selection.
Main List Cut-Off Marks
Candidates have the highest marks are included in the Main List. To ensure reservation for SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories, a Supplementary List has been prepared from lower mark ranges as per merit and reservation rules.
One Time Registration (OTR) Verification
Candidates included in the Probability List must appear in person for Original Document Verification (OTR Verification). The date, time, and venue will be announced separately on the official website.
Revaluation & Rechecking Policy
Revaluation of OMR answer scripts is not permitted. However, candidates may apply for rechecking after the publication of the Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be provided along with the Ranked List notification.
Category Certificates Required
Candidates claiming reservation must produce valid certificates at the time of verification:
- OBC Candidates: Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per government norms
- SC/ST Candidates: Community Certificate issued by a Revenue Authority not below the rank of Tahsildar
- EWS Candidates: EWS Certificate issued by Village Officer
Failure to produce valid documents will result in disqualification.
Removal from Probability List
Candidates who fail to produce required documents within the prescribed time or whose applications are found defective will be removed from the Probability List without further notice.
Copy of OMR Answer Script
Candidates can obtain a copy of their OMR answer sheet after the publication of the Ranked List by remitting the prescribed fee.
