Click on ‘One Time Registration’ (Thulasi)

Login to Your Profile
Enter your User ID, Password, and the Access Code displayed on the screen. -
Go to the ‘Admit Card’ Section
After logging in, click on “Admit Card for Written Examination” or the ‘Admission Ticket’ link. -
Select the Exam
Look for “Draftsman/Overseer Grade II (Civil) – Category No. 008/2024” in the list of available exams. -
Click ‘Download’
Click the Download button to save your admit card as a PDF. -
Print the Admit Card
Take a clear printout of the admit card and keep it safe for the exam day.

Mandatory Document
Carry a printed copy of your admit card to the exam hall. Digital copies will not be accepted.
Verify All Details
Ensure your name, photo, exam center, date, and time are correct. Report discrepancies to Kerala PSC immediately.
Valid Photo ID Required
Bring a valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence, or Passport) along with the admit card.
Reach Before Reporting Time
Arrive at the center 30–45 minutes early. Late entry will not be allowed after the gate closes.
Do Not Tamper
Do not fold, damage, or write on the admit card. Preserve it until results are declared.
Stationery
Carry a black/blue ballpoint pen for OMR exams. Electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
Admit Card is Non-transferable
Only the registered candidate can use the admit card. Impersonation is a punishable offense.
