Kerala PSC HSST Rank List 2025- How to Download

Candidates may log in to the official web portal of Kerala Public Service Commission in order to download the rank list. All you have to do is follow the simple steps given below:

1. Firstly, log in to the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission, keralapsc.gov.in
2. Next, click on the Results Tab in the Homepage.
3. Now, select the option Ranked Lists.
4. Next, from the new page that appears select the ranked list of Higher Secondary School Teacher Rank List 2024
5. Lastly, download the ranked list for future reference.

Important Notes Regarding the Ranked List

1. The Ranked List will remain in force until a new Ranked List is published after the completion of a minimum period of one year or until three years have elapsed, whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment based on the applicable rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation, and only against vacancies reported during the validity period of the list. Since appointments are subject to the availability of vacancies, inclusion in the list does not guarantee appointment. Candidates remaining in the list at the time of its expiry will have no claim for appointment.

2. For online examinations, rechecking and revaluation are not permitted. However, candidates may obtain a printout of their answer sheet by submitting an application through their One Time Registration profile on the official Kerala PSC website, along with the prescribed fee via the e-payment mode. Applications submitted through other means such as email, post, or direct submission will not be considered. Each candidate is entitled to receive only one copy of their answer sheet.

3. The community entries in the Ranked List are based on the declarations made by candidates in their applications and the documents submitted by them. If any discrepancies are noticed, candidates must inform the Kerala PSC within the stipulated time to ensure they receive the reservation benefits they are entitled to. Failure to do so will result in advice for appointment based on the existing entries in the list.

4. Candidates who wish to relinquish their claim for appointment from the Ranked List must submit an application in the prescribed format, which is available on the official Kerala PSC website. The application must be submitted to the Secretary, Kerala Public Service Commission, Head Office, along with a notarized affidavit, self-attested copy of a valid photo ID, and an attestation by a Gazetted Officer. Only requests submitted in the correct format and within the specified time frame will be considered. Requests received after the advice for appointment has been processed based on a reported vacancy will not be entertained.
