Kerala PSC Junior Instructor Selection Process 2025
1: Between the period of 1858-1947, how many Viceroys ruled over India?
To get selected for the Junior Instructor – Information and Communication Technology System Maintenance (ICTSM) post under Category No. 99/2025, candidates must go through a structured selection procedure conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC). Here’s how it works:
1. Written / OMR / Online Test
- Mode: Objective Type Test (OMR-based / Online / Written)
- The PSC usually conducts a degree-level technical exam based on the syllabus specified in the notification, covering subjects related to ICTSM trade, general knowledge, reasoning, and current affairs.

Kerala PSC Junior Instructor Vacancy 2025
There are 09 confirmed openings for Junior Instructor (ICTSM) as per Kerala PSC’s 2025 recruitment notice. The list of selected candidates will stay valid from 1 to 3 years. Additionally, 4% reservation is applicable to eligible differently abled applicants, following GO (P) No. 5/2023/SJD.
Kerala PSC Junior Instructor Eligibility Conditions 2025
Age Criteria
Applicants must be within the age bracket of 19 to 44 years. Only those born between January 2, 1981, and January 1, 2006 (inclusive) can apply. Age relaxation benefits apply to candidates from SC, ST, and OBC categories as per PSC norms.
Educational & Professional Qualification
A pass in SSLC or its equivalent is mandatory. In addition, candidates must possess one of the following:
- NTC in the relevant trade with 3 years of practical experience
- NAC in the relevant trade with 1 year of experience
- Diploma in the relevant engineering stream from a recognized polytechnic
Exemptions & Equivalency
- SC/ST and visually impaired (Low Vision) candidates are not required to have work experience as per Govt. Order (GO (P) No.72/2024/LBR)

1. One-Time Registration (OTR)
