Separate district-wise ranked lists will be prepared by Kerala PSC for the post of Third Grade Draftsman / Third Grade Overseer. Each ranked list will remain valid for at least one year and up to three years, or until a new list is published. Appointments will be made against vacancies reported during the currency of the list. If no candidate is advised within three years, the list may be extended by one more year or until at least one candidate is advised.

Transfer to another district is not allowed for five years, except as per government rules.
