Kerala PSC LSGD Draftsman Grade 3 / Overseer Vacancy 2026 – District Wise

As per the Kerala PSC notification, separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for each district for the post of Third Grade Draftsman / Third Grade Overseer. The ranked list will remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum of three years, or until a new list is published, whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment against vacancies reported during the currency of the ranked list.

The selection will be made on a Revenue District basis. Candidates must apply for only one district and mention the selected district clearly in the online application. Applications submitted for more than one district will lead to disqualification. A 3% reservation of total vacancies is applicable for eligible differently abled candidates as per government rules.

Kerala PSC conducts a structured selection process for the Third Grade Draftsman / Overseer 2026 post. Eligible candidates first confirm their participation for the written/OMR/online examination via their One Time Registration profile.

Only those who download the admission ticket within the specified period are allowed to take the test. A shortlist is then prepared for document verification, and final selection is done based on merit and district-wise ranked lists, leading to appointment in accordance with PSC rules.

• Mode of Recruitment: Direct Recruitment
• Age Limit: 18–36 years (Candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007). Usual age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC candidates. Maximum age including concessions: 50 years.

• Equivalent Qualifications: Any qualification recognized by Government Orders, Executive Orders, or accepted by the Kerala PSC as equivalent to the above is valid. Proof must be submitted if requested.

• Register through One Time Registration (OTR): Candidates must first complete registration on the Kerala PSC official website (www.keralapsc.gov.in). Existing users can log in using their User ID and password.
• Submit Application: After logging in, click the “Apply Now” button for the relevant post. Verify all personal details carefully, as applications cannot be modified or deleted after submission. Save a copy or printout for future reference.
• Photograph Upload:
