The Kerala PSC has announced 01 (One) vacancy for the post of Training Instructor (MMV) in the Scheduled Castes Development Department.

• The vacancy will first be filled through By Transfer Recruitment (Category No. 358/2025).
• For Direct Recruitment, 4% vacancies are reserved for differently abled candidates as per G.O(Rt) No.13/2024/SJD dated 17.10.2024 (Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, Section 34).
• If no eligible candidates are available under By Transfer, it will be filled through Direct Recruitment (Category No. 359/2025).
• The ranked list will remain in force for a minimum of one year and up to three years, until a new list is published.

1. By Transfer Recruitment (Category No. 358/2025):

   • Preference will be given to eligible employees from the Scheduled Castes Development Department.

   • Selection will be based strictly on the seniority assigned in the Ranked List.

   • Reservation rules will not apply for By Transfer recruitment.

2. Direct Recruitment (Category No. 359/2025):

   • If no qualified candidates are available through By Transfer, vacancies will be filled by Direct Recruitment.

   • Usual reservation rules, age relaxation, and 4% quota for differently abled candidates will apply.

   • Selection will be based on a written test/OMR/online test conducted by the Kerala PSC, followed by document verification.

The post of Training Instructor (MMV) in the Scheduled Castes Development Department comes under the pay scale of ₹37,400 – ₹79,000/- as per the Kerala Government norms.
