Overseer Draftsman Rank List( Grade 2)
1: Between the period of 1858-1947, how many Viceroys ruled over India?
The list of candidates for selection for the post of Second Grade Overseer/Second Grade Draftsman – Civil ( Direct Recruitment) in Harbour Engineering Department, found suitable by the Commission are arranged in the order of merit based on the Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 05th November 2019. Then the candidates included in the shortlist were interviewed and document verification for them was held for the final rank list preparation. There is a total of 76 candidates included in the rank list under various categories. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 14 June 2021.

The Ranked List shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years provided that the list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked list is published after the expiry of the minimum period of one year.
The marks awarded to the candidates included in this rank list will be published only after the publication of the entire Ranked lists which will be finalized on the basis of the Common Test.
How to Apply for Re-valuation and Photocopy of OMR sheets?
According to the existing procedure, the revaluation of Answer Script is not allowed. Candidates can apply for revaluation following these steps:
- Prescribed application form
The form will be available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A 4 size paper from the Commission’s website.
- A fee of Rs. 85/- under the Head of Account ‘0051 – PSC – 105 State PSC 99 – Examination Fee‘.

Candidates should note that a period of 45 days to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed with effect from the date of uploading of the Ranked List in the website of the Commission that is, on or before 30 July 2021. Application for Rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and the fee once remitted will not be refunded.
For obtaining the photocopy of OMR sheets, the candidate should remit a fee of Rs. 335/- and prescribed application form within 45 days from the date of uploading of the Ranked List.
