1. Method of Appointment:

The post will be filled through Direct Recruitment.
2. Age Limit:
- 19 – 36 years
- Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2006 are eligible.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Kerala PSC rules for:

SC/ST and Other Backward Communities candidates.

Provisional hands working in the concerned department may get up to 5 years relaxation, subject to proof of service.

Regular employees of the department do not qualify for this relaxation.

3. Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering after a 3-year course from a recognized institution, or an equivalent qualification.

- In addition, qualifications recognized by government executive orders or standing orders as equivalent, or deemed acceptable by the commission, will also be considered valid.
- Candidates must produce copies of any government orders recognizing equivalent/higher qualifications if requested by the commission.
