Kerala PSC Overseer Grade 2 Vacancy 2026 – Anticipated
The number of vacancies for Kerala PSC Overseer Grade II (Civil) Recruitment 2026 is anticipated. A common ranked list will be prepared by the Kerala Public Service Commission for appointments to this post in all Universities covered under the relevant Act.
The ranked list will remain valid for a minimum period of one year and a maximum of three years, or until a new list is published, whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment against vacancies reported by various Universities during the validity of the ranked list.
This recruitment applies to all Universities listed under Rule 2(a)(i–xiii) of the Kerala PSC (Additional Functions as respects the Service under the Universities) Act, 2015, including Universities added later as per law. Candidates need to submit only one application, and appointments will be made based on rank, reservation rules, and the order in which vacancies are reported.
Once a candidate is advised to a University, their turn in the ranked list is considered over. However, if relieved due to non-availability of vacancy, candidates may re-register with Kerala PSC to be considered for future vacancies. Candidates cannot claim appointment to any specific University.

The selection of candidates for the post of Overseer Grade II (Civil) will be carried out through a multi-stage process as per Kerala PSC rules:

All eligible candidates will first appear for a Written/OMR/Online Examination.

- Candidates must first complete One Time Registration (OTR) on the official Kerala PSC website: www.keralapsc.gov.in
- Already registered candidates can log in using User ID and Password and click on “Apply Now” under the respective notification
- New users must upload a recent photograph (taken within the last 6 months) with the candidate’s name and date printed at the bottom
- Once uploaded correctly, the photograph will remain valid for 10 years

Kerala PSC Overseer Grade 2 Salary 2026 – Pay Scale
Candidates selected for the post of Kerala PSC Overseer Grade II (Civil) will be placed in the pay scale of ₹31,100 – ₹66,800 per month as per Kerala Government norms. In addition to the basic pay, employees will be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Medical Allowance, and other benefits applicable to University staff under Kerala PSC rules.
