- Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment
- Age Limit: 18–36 years (born between 02.01.1989 – 01.01.2007); usual relaxation for OBC/SC/ST; maximum upper age 50 years.
- Provisional Employees: Up to 5 years age relaxation based on provisional service; regular employees not eligible. Service certificate required.
- Educational Qualification: B.Tech. in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering from a UGC-recognized university.
- Preferential/Equivalency: PG degree in Environmental/Public Health Engineering/Technology preferred. Government-recognized equivalent or higher qualifications accepted; supporting orders must be produced when required.
