Kerala PSC Site Engineer Rank List 2026 – Important Instructions & Guidelines
The Kerala Public Service Commission has issued detailed guidelines along with the Site Engineer Ranked List prepared based on the OMR examination. Candidates included in the merit list should carefully review the following important instructions regarding validity, rechecking, photocopy requests, reservation claims, and relinquishment procedures.
Validity of Site Engineer Ranked List
The Site Engineer Rank List will remain active for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, or until a new ranked list is published. Appointment advice will be made strictly based on reported vacancies, reservation policies, and rotation rules. Inclusion in the ranked list does not assure appointment, as selection depends entirely on vacancy availability during the list’s validity period.
OMR Answer Script Rechecking Process
Revaluation of answer scripts is not permitted. However, candidates may request rechecking through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile on the official Kerala PSC website by paying Rs. 85 via online payment.

Photocopy of OMR Answer Sheets

Community & Reservation Corrections
Community details shown in the ranked list are based on the information and documents submitted by candidates. If any discrepancy is noticed, candidates must inform the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-III, Kerala PSC, Thiruvananthapuram within one month from the publication date to claim eligible reservation benefits. Failure to report errors within the specified time will result in advice as per the published entries.
Relinquishment of Appointment Claim
Candidates who wish to withdraw their claim for appointment must submit a relinquishment application in the prescribed format available on the official Kerala PSC website.

Requests received within 15 days from publication will be considered against pending vacancies. Afterward, relinquishment requests will only be considered if submitted before the relevant vacancy advice date.
Publication of Marks
Since a common OMR examination was conducted, individual marks and overall test scores will be published only after all related ranked lists, including NCA notifications (if any), are finalized. Rechecking results will be communicated separately.
Destruction of OMR Scripts
The A and B parts of the OMR answer sheets related to the common test held on 27/06/2025 will be destroyed after six months from the finalization of the last ranked list.
