- Select ‘Shortlists’ – Under the Results tab, choose Shortlists / Probability Lists.
- Find Your Post – Look for Skilled Assistant Grade II in the list of posts.
- Download the PDF – Click on the Download link next to the post.

Kerala PSC Skilled Assistant Grade 2: Important Notes on Shortlist
Kerala PSC has released the Shortlist for the post of Skilled Assistant Grade II. Candidates should carefully review the following important notes regarding the list, verification process, and subsequent procedures.
1. Provisional Nature of Inclusion
- Inclusion of register numbers in the Probability List is purely provisional, subject to verification and scrutiny of the application.
- Being listed in the Probability List does not guarantee a place in the final Ranked List.
2. Based on Submitted Details
- The Probability List is prepared strictly based on the information provided in the candidate’s application.
- No claims made after submission will be entertained.
3. One-Time Verification (OTR) of Documents
- Candidates included in the Probability List must appear in person for original document verification.
- Date, time, and venue will be communicated through the candidate’s PSC profile.
4. Removal from Probability List

Candidates who fail to produce required documents within the given time or whose applications are defective will be deleted from the Probability List without further notice.
5. Rechecking of Answer Scripts
- Revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.
- Candidates can request rechecking of OMR answer scripts only after the publication of the Ranked List.
6. Reservation Certificate Requirements
- SC/ST candidates: Community Certificate (Form III or digitally signed) issued by a competent Revenue Authority (Tahsildar or above).
- OBC candidates: Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the Village Officer
- EWS candidates: EWS Certificate
7. Copy of OMR Answer Scripts
- Candidates can apply for a copy of their OMR answer scripts after the publication of the Ranked List by paying the prescribed fee.
