Category Number 101/2025
1. Age Criteria:
- Applicants must be aged between 18 and 40 years, i.e., born between January 2, 1985 and January 1, 2007 (inclusive).
- Relaxation in upper age limit is available:

For candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC categories, as per standard rules (maximum age not to exceed 50 years).

Up to 5 years age relaxation is available for those with at least one year of provisional service in any of the 29 Co-operative Institutions under G.O. (P) No. 41/98 dated 09.03.1998, provided the appointment was made through the Employment Exchange.

A certificate confirming such service must be presented when requested by the Commission.

2. Educational Requirements:
- Must have passed SSLC or an equivalent examination.
- In addition, possession of ITI, NAC, or NTC in the relevant trade is mandatory.
Additional Information:
- Candidates with equivalent or higher qualifications, if officially recognized by the Government or Kerala PSC, are also eligible.
- Supporting documents proving equivalency must be submitted when required.
Category Number 102/2025
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 50 years old, born from January 2, 1975, to January 1, 2007.
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed SSLC or an equivalent exam.
- Technical Qualification: Should hold an ITI, NAC, or NTC certificate in the relevant trade, or a recognized equivalent or higher qualification approved by the government.
- Work Experience: Must have completed at least three years of continuous regular service in any member society linked to the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation by the application date.
- Current Employment: Applicants must be employed with the society at the time of appointment, except for those recruited through Kerala PSC for reserved posts and currently serving.
- Mandatory Documentation: A service certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) verifying eligibility and employment history must be submitted with the application.
- Additional Rules: Selection follows Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR, and equivalency of qualifications depends on government approvals.

After logging in, select the relevant notification (Category 101/2025 or 102/2025) and click ‘Apply Now’. Upload a recent photo taken within six months, with your name and date printed clearly at the bottom. There is no application fee for this post.
