Kerala PSC Technician Grade 2 Vacancy

• Notification 101/2025: There is one vacancy available under the General Category. Future vacancies will be distributed equally between the General and Society Categories. The selection will follow reservation rules outlined in KS&SSR 1958. The merit list created by the Commission will be valid for at least one year and up to three years, with possible extension if no candidates are appointed. Recruitment will be conducted on a statewide level.

• Notification 102/2025: This notification is for anticipated vacancies. These will also be shared equally between General and Society Categories, with the first vacancy assigned to the General Category. If there is a shortage of eligible candidates in the Society Category, those vacancies may be filled from the General Category list, without compensating for those later. The merit list validity and reservation guidelines are the same as Notification 101/2025. The selection process ensures a continuous rotation and statewide coverage.

• Direct recruitment is the method of appointment for this post.

Category Number 101/2025

1. Age Requirements:

• Candidates must be aged between 18 and 40 years, with date of birth falling between January 2, 1985 and January 1, 2007, inclusive.

Relaxation Details:

• Reserved categories (SC/ST, OBC) are eligible for age relaxation as per government norms, but the upper age limit in any case should not exceed 50 years.
• Individuals who have served provisionally for at least one year in any of the 29 specified Co-operative Institutions (as per G.O. (P) No. 41/98 dated 09.03.1998), and were appointed through Employment Exchange, may receive up to 5 years of age relaxation.
• A certificate from the concerned authority must be submitted when requested.

2. Educational Qualifications:

• A pass in SSLC or equivalent examination is mandatory.
• Candidates must also hold a valid ITI, NAC, or NTC certificate in the relevant trade.

Additional Notes:

• Government-recognized equivalent or higher qualifications that include the required basic qualification will also be considered valid.
• Relevant official documentation supporting equivalency must be provided upon request

Category Number 102/2025

• Age Criteria: Applicants must be between 18 and 50 years, born from 02/01/1975 to 01/01/2007.
• Academic Qualification: A pass in SSLC or an equivalent certification is required.
• Trade Qualification: Candidates should possess ITI, NAC, or NTC certification in the relevant trade, or an officially recognized equivalent or higher qualification.
• Service Experience: Must have at least three years of continuous regular service in any society affiliated with the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation as of the application date.
• Employment Status: Candidates must remain in service on the date of appointment. However, this does not apply to those recruited via Kerala PSC for reserved posts who continue their service.
• Proof of Service: A valid service certificate issued by the Assistant Registrar (General) confirming the candidate’s eligibility and service tenure is mandatory at the time of applying.
• Regulatory Clause: Selection adheres to Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR, with recognition of equivalent qualifications based on government orders.

  Begin by completing the One-Time Registration (OTR) on the official Kerala PSC portal: www.keralapsc.gov.in.

• Login Details:
  Already registered users can log in with their User ID and password. Avoid creating more than one profile—doing so can lead to cancellation of your application.

• Application Submission:
  Once logged in, locate Category Nos. 101/2025 or 102/2025 under the Notifications tab and click ‘Apply Now’.

• Photo Upload:
  Upload a recent photograph (taken within the last 6 months) with your name and date printed clearly at the bottom.

• Fee Details:
  There is no application fee for this recruitment.

• Accuracy Check:
  Ensure all personal information is correct before submitting. Once submitted, your application cannot be modified or withdrawn.
