The Kerala Public Service Commission has released the Ranked List for various posts. Candidates included in the list will be advised for appointment based on merit, reservation rules, and reported vacancies. The following important guidelines apply.
1. Validity of the Ranked List

The Ranked List remains in force until a new list is published after a minimum period of one year or a maximum of three years, whichever is earlier.

Appointments depend on vacancy availability, and not all candidates are guaranteed appointment.

Candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation have no claim based on their inclusion.
2. Rechecking of Answer Scripts

Revaluation is not allowed, but candidates can request rechecking through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile.

Fee: ₹85, payable via e-payment on the Kerala PSC portal.

Application window: 15 days from the date of Ranked List publication (on or before 19.02.2026).

Only one chance is allowed.

Invalidated answer scripts will not be rechecked, and late applications or submissions by email, post, or in person will not be accepted.

Results of rechecking will be notified in due course.
3. Obtaining Photocopy of OMR Answer Sheets

Candidates may request Part A & Part B OMR copies via their OTR profile.

Fee: ₹335, payable via e-payment.

Application window: 15 days from Ranked List publication (on or before 19.02.2026).

Only one copy per candidate will be issued.

Invalidated OMR sheets or requests for another candidate’s sheets will not be entertained, and legal action may apply.
4. Community & Reservation Corrections

Community entries are based on the application form.

Candidates with incorrect community entries must notify the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-I, KPSC, Thiruvananthapuram within one month to ensure proper reservation benefits.
5. Relinquishment of Claim

Candidates wishing to relinquish their right to appointment must submit the prescribed form available on the official website.

Attestation by a Gazetted Officer

Requests must be submitted within 15 days of publication to be honored against pending vacancies.

6. Destruction of OMR Scripts

Part A & B OMR scripts will be destroyed 6 months after the finalization of the Ranked List.
