Kerala PSC Training Instructor 2026 Short List – Important Instructions
The Kerala PSC has released the Short List for Training Instructor (Surveyor) – Statewide post based on the OMR Examination held on 09.10.2025. Candidates shortlisted must carefully read the following important guidelines.
Provisional Inclusion
Inclusion of Register Numbers in the Short List is purely provisional. It is subject to detailed scrutiny and verification of eligibility. Being included in the Short List does not guarantee inclusion in the final Ranked List.
Basis of Shortlisting
The list has been prepared by including eligible and qualified candidates who attended the OMR Examination conducted on 09 October 2025.
Main List & Cut-Off Marks
Candidates who secured the highest marks are included in the Main List. To satisfy reservation rules for SC, ST, OBC, and other eligible categories, a Supplementary List has been prepared from lower mark ranges based on merit.
OTR Verification & Interview
Candidates in the Short List must appear in person for One Time Verification (OTR) and Interview. The date, time, and venue will be announced later through official notification.
Removal from Short List
Candidates who fail to produce required documents within the prescribed time or whose applications are found defective will be removed from the Short List without further notice.
Revaluation & Rechecking
As per existing rules, revaluation and rechecking of answer scripts are not permitted. Further details will be provided in the Ranked List notification.
Certificates Required for Reservation
Candidates claiming reservation must produce valid certificates at the time of OTR verification:
- OBC: Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per government norms
- SC/ST: Community Certificate issued by Revenue Authority
- EWS: EWS Certificate as per GO(MS) No. 2/2020/P&ARD dated 12.02.2020
Failure to produce valid documents will lead to disqualification.
Copy of OMR Answer Script
Candidates can obtain a copy of their OMR answer script after approval of the Ranked List by remitting the prescribed fee. No answer scripts have been invalidated for this examination.
