Validity of Kerala PSC Work Superintendent Rank List 2025

• The Kerala PSC Work Superintendent Rank List 2025 will remain valid for a minimum of one year and up to a maximum of three years, or until a new list is published—whichever comes earlier.
• Appointments from the list will follow reservation and rotation rules. However, inclusion in the list does not guarantee appointment as it depends on vacancy availability during the list’s validity.

Rechecking of Kerala PSC Work Superintendent Answer Scripts

Revaluation is not allowed. But candidates can apply for rechecking of their OMR answer scripts by paying a fee of ₹85 through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile on the Kerala PSC website.

• Application window: Within 15 days from the date of rank list publication (i.e., on or before 17/06/2025)
• Applications via email, post, or directly will not be accepted.
• Scripts invalidated due to any defects will not be rechecked.

Photocopy of Kerala PSC Work Superintendent OMR Answer Sheets

Candidates can request a photocopy of their OMR answer sheets (Part A & Part B) by submitting an application via their OTR profile and paying a fee of ₹335 through e-payment.

• Requests via other modes are invalid.
• OMR copies will be issued only once and not for invalidated scripts.

How to Relinquish Your Claim

Candidates who wish to relinquish their claim for appointment must submit a request in the prescribed format available on the Kerala PSC website, along with:

• A notarized affidavit
• Self-attested copy of valid photo ID
• Format attested by a Gazetted Officer (with full details and seal)

The relinquishment request must reach the District PSC Office, Thiruvananthapuram within 15 days from the date of rank list publication to be considered.

Correction of Community Details

If any candidate finds an error in their community status as shown in the rank list, they must notify the District Officer, Kerala PSC Thiruvananthapuram, within one month from the publication date. Failing to do so may result in loss of reservation benefits.

OMR Marks & Common Test Result Info

Since a common OMR test was conducted for multiple posts, the marks of all candidates and complete results will be published only after finalizing all related ranked lists (including NCA selections).

• Rechecking results will be notified later.
• OMR photocopies will also be issued only after the finalization of all such ranked lists.

OMR Answer Sheet Retention Period

Both Part A and Part B of the OMR sheets will be destroyed after six months from the finalization date of the last ranked list prepared from the common test held date.
