KWA Operator Selection Process 2026 – Exam & Interview Details

The selection consists of three main stages:

1. Written/Online Test

• To assess the candidates’ knowledge and aptitude relevant to the KWA Operator post.
• The exam may be conducted offline (OMR) or online, depending on PSC notification.
• Questions typically cover topics related to Electrician, Mechanical, Electrical, or Motor Vehicle Mechanic trades, general aptitude, and relevant technical knowledge.
• Candidates must confirm their participation through their One Time Registration profile. Only confirmed candidates can download the admission ticket.
• Admit cards will be available 15 days prior to the exam on the Kerala PSC website. Candidates are notified via their registered mobile number and profile.

2. Document Verification

KWA Operator 2026 Vacancies – Kerala PSC Recruitment Details

Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC) has announced the KWA Operator recruitment 2026, with vacancies being anticipated based on Kerala Water Authority’s requirements. The final number of posts will be confirmed upon the release of the official Ranked List.

The Ranked List of selected candidates will remain valid for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, unless a new list is published earlier. During this period, candidates may be advised for all reported vacancies, ensuring fair opportunity for applicants.

The Commission reserves the right to cancel any appointment advice if it is subsequently found to have been issued by mistake. In such cases, the appointing authority will terminate the service of the candidate, provided this action occurs within the probation period or 240 days from joining, whichever is earlier.

Candidates must be 18–36 years old, born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007, with standard age relaxations for OBC, SC, and ST candidates.
