The Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) has released the exam dates for the recruitment of 2020. And, the admit card has been released on 23rd December 2020. Candidates can download the admit card for the Phase 1 online examination from the link provided below till the 17th of January. Phase 1 of the online examination is scheduled for 17th January 2021 and the online application date was extended earlier to 31st October. Selection Process

Phase 1

On-line screening examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each. There is a negative marking of 1/4 for both papers (1 and 2) in Phase 1. Marks obtained in Phase 1 shall be used only for shortlisting the candidates for the Phase-II examination process and will not be counted for the final merit list of the selection procedure.

Phase 2

Online examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each. There is a negative marking of 1/4 for ONLY Paper 1 in Phase 2.
Paper 2 of Phase II examination for Information Technology Stream shall be the Coding test. The maximum marks, cut-off, and weightage for Paper 2 of Phase II for Information Technology Stream shall be the same as applicable for other streams which are mentioned in the advertisement dated March 07, 2020.

Phase 3: Interview

Candidates can opt for language, either Hindi or English for attending the interview. The weightage of marks obtained in Phase 2 will be 85%, and marks obtained in the interview shall be given a weightage of 15%. Thus, the final merit list will be prepared on the basis of Phase 2 and the interview.
