Selection Process of LIC HFL 2022
The selection process for the LIC HFL 2022 test is divided into four main sections that must be followed in accordance with the guidelines and guidelines provided by the authority. Let’s discuss the stages of the Selection Process:
- Online LIC HFL Exam: Those who pass this online exam and will be announced on the merit list will qualify for the second phase of the selection process.

Online Test
It is the preliminary phase of the examination. The candidates have to first register in the LIC HFL recruitment 2022 official portal. All successful applicants will be invited to appear in the LIC HFL Online Exam which will be awarded 200 marks. Candidates must be eligible for the online exam to appear in a personal interview.
The online test will be of 200 marks with 200 questions. A multiple choice online exam is conducted for the selection of the posts. There are four stages in the online test with 50 marks each making a total of 200 marks.
Students are given 2 hours to write online LIC HFL online exams.

Personal interview
The second phase of the selection process is a personal interview. People who qualify for the online exam should go for a personal interview. The candidates should have the minimum cut off marks in order to attend the interview. During the personal interview, mental skills, and other important skills selected will be assessed.
The LIC will also do a document verification process before the interview. only those individuals who successfully verify their documents will be allowed to appear in the interview.
After conducting an online exam and negotiating with the LIC you will have a final list of eligible candidates based on the combined marks obtained by students in an online exam and a personal interview.

Allotment Criteria for LIC HFL Exam 2022
The Combined marks for Online Exam and Interview will be considered for the final selection of the candidates.
