SBI SO Recruitment 2024 – How to Apply?

• Before applying for a post, the applicant should ensure that he/ she fulfils eligibility and other norms mentioned for that post as on the specified date and that the particulars furnished by him/ her are correct in all respects.
• Candidates should have valid email ID/ Mobile phone number which should be kept active till the declaration of result.
• Candidates should register themselves online through the link available on SBI
  website https://bank.sbi/careers OR https://www.sbi.co.in/careers and pay the application fee
  using Internet Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card etc.
• Carefully fill in all the required details and save the information.
• When the information/ application is saved, a provisional registration number and password is generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
• Upload scanned photograph and signature.
• Check for any errors in the form. No change/ edit in the application will be allowed after the payment of fee.
• Submit the application form and proceed for fee payment.
• After registering online, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the system generated
  online application forms

Application Fee

Applicants have to pay an application fee while submitting the online application. Fee payment can be made by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking etc. by providing information as asked on the screen. . On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form  bearing the

SBI SO Selection Process 

The selection process varies upon the post. Read on to know about the post wise selection procedure.

Manager (Data Scientist Specialist), Dy. Manager (Data Scientist Specialist), System Officer
(Specialist)

The selection will be based on shortlisting and interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by
the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for interview which will carry 100 marks. Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only.

Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Senior Specialist Executive

The selection will be on the basis of Online Written Test and Interview. The online written test will be conducted tentatively on 08.10.2022.

Adequate number of candidates as decided by the Bank will be called for Interview based on performance in online written test. Interview will carry 25 marks. The final merit list will be arrived at after aggregating the marks of the written test and interview. 70% of the marks obtained in written test and 30% of the marks obtained in the interview will be considered for preparing the merit list.
