RBI Assistant Salary 2023
The Reserve Bank of India will be providing a very specific salary to the people who will be selected as an assistant in this organization and the salary will also consist of various allowances and perks available to the candidates. In-Hand Salary of RBI Assistant
The monthly In-hand Salary of an RBI Assistant is Rs 40,050/- (approx.). The monthly salary will increase after increment which will be held twice or thrice in a year. Moreover, with the promotions held internally, the salary will be increased further.
Perks & Allowances
Apart from the monthly salary offered to an RBI Assistant, the eligible candidate will be entitled to the following allowances:

RBI Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2023
To be eligible for the different types of vacancies presented by any government organisation, the candidates must first go through the eligibility criteria which is selected by the authorities so that the candidates can fill up the application form. Nationality
A candidate must be either:
- a citizen of India, or
- a subject of Nepal, or
- a subject of Bhutan, or
- a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of
permanently settling in India, or - a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Note: Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (2), (3), (4) and (5) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the examination, but the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate is issued to him/her by the Government of India.

Educational Qualification
- All the candidates who wish to appear for RBI Assistant Recruitment Exam must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% of marks (pass class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC.
- A candidate belonging to Ex-servicemen category (except dependents of ex-servicemen)
should either be a graduate from a recognized University or should have passed the
matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years
of defence service. - Candidates must have knowledge and proficiency in the official language of the concerned state or union territory by the respective candidates.

Before applying online, a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature as per the specifications given below.

- The photo to be uploaded must be a recent passport style colour picture.
- Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white background.
- The face and shoulder of the candidate should be clearly visible

Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

RBI Assistant Selection Process 2023
There is a very specific selection procedure that is selected by the authorities of the Reserve Bank of India in order to conduct the entrance examination for the vacancy office assistant.
