Kerala CSEB Notification 2023 Out – Eligibility, Vacancy

The Kerala State Co-operative Service Examination Board (CSEB) has issued a recruitment notification regarding vacancies for various posts in the organization. Applications are invited from interested and eligible candidates through the notification released on 29th December 2022. Kerala CSEB will subsequently be conducting examination for the selection of the candidates. The notification published by the commission has four categories of recruitment and they are 14/2022, 15/2022, 16/2022, 17/2022. Kerala CSEB Recruitment 2023 Salary 

The employees of Kerala State Co-operative enjoy a handsome salary. The post wise pay scale for the current vacancies is given here:

Assistant Secretary – Rs. 25240 to Rs. 61210 (varies according to place of posting)

Junior Clerk / Cashier – Rs. 12000 to Rs. 46000 (varies according to place of posting)

System Administrator – Rs. 23310 to Rs. 68810 (varies according to place of posting)

Data Entry Operator – Rs. 16000 to Rs. 44000 (varies according to place of posting)

Kerala CSEB Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for all the posts have been clearly mentioned in the notification released by CSEB. Only those who fulfill these criteria can apply for the vacancies. All other applications are bound to be rejected.

Educational Qualification

Assistant Secretary

Any Bachelors degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% mark

AND

Cooperative Higher diploma (HDC / HDC and BM from Kerala State Cooperative Unit or HDC / HDCM from National Council for Cooperative Training)

OR

Subordinate (Junior) Personal Cooperative training course (Junior diploma in cooperation)

OR

B. Sc or M. Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University

OR

Bachelors degree in Commerce from any recognized University with a minimum of 50% mark.

Junior Clerk / Cashier

1. SSLC or equivalent

Subordinate (Junior) Personal Cooperative training course (Junior diploma in cooperation)

2. B. Com with Cooperation as an optional subject

3. A Bachelors degree from any recognized University and Cooperative Higher diploma (HDC / HDC and        BM from Kerala State Cooperative Unit or HDC / HDCM from National Council for Cooperative           Training)

4. B. Sc  (Co-operation & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University

System Administrator

First class B. Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communication Engineering / MCA / MSc (Computer Science or IT). Redhat Certification will be an added advantage.

Applicants should also have the following experience:

• Minimum working experience of 3 years in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux based environments.
• Solid experience in the administration application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, NGINX).
• Experience with monitoring systems (Eg. Nagios)
• Experience in scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Python)
• Solid networking Knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
• Experience with SAN storage environment with NFS mounts and physical and logical volume
  management.
• Experience with tape library back up.

Data Entry Operator

• Bachelors degree from any recognized University
• A certificate in Data Entry from any institute approved by the Kerala or Central government.
• One year experience as Data Entry Operator in a recognized organization.

Age Limit

Candidates applying for any of these posts should be within the age limit of 18 to 40 years. The age relaxation in upper age limit for reserved categories are as follows:

• Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) – 5 years
• Other Backward Classes (OBC) / Ex servicemen – 3 years
• People with disabilities – 10 years
• Widow – 5 years

Kerala CSEB Application Fee 2023

Candidates can apply for more than one bank. An application fee will be applicable for all applicants. The fee is as follows:

• Unreserved category – Rs. 150
• SC/ ST – Rs. 50

This is the application fee for applying to one bank. All subsequent applications will have a fee of Rs. 50 for all categories. The fee can be paid through Federal Bank or Kerala State Co -operative Bank (Kerala Bank). The application fee is non refundable.

The application form must be enclosed in an envelope and should be sent directly or through post to the following address:

Kerala CSEB Selection Process 2023

The selection process for recruiting eligible candidates for CSEB includes two stages:

• An OMR exam conducted by the examination board
• Interview conducted by the respective branches

The final rank list will be based on the merit of the candidate in these two stages. The OMR exam will be of 80 marks and the interview will be of 15 marks. Out of this 15 marks, 3 marks will be for the interview and the remaining 12 marks will be for the performance in the interview.
