Salary Structure of IBPS PO
Basic Pay
The salary slab for PO is 23700 – (980 x 7) – 30560 – (1145 x 2) – 32850 – (1310 x 7) – 42020 (as per 10th Bipartite settlement)
Basic pay after 7 years will be 30560
Dearness Allowance
DA will be revised quarterly based on CPI. It comes around 50 % of basic bay . You should keep in mind that DA can go up and down depending on CPI .
House Rent Allowance
Depending on the location of your posting , HRA will vary from 7 % to 9% of basic pay .
Special Allowance
It will be 7.75 % of basic pay
City Compensation Allowance
This also will vary from 0 to 4 % depending on the place of posting
The total in hand of a probationary officer should come around 38000 to 42000 depending on the place of posting .
