AFCAT 2022 entrance examination is conducted by the Indian Air Force twice every year. The examination is conducted to recruit competent individuals and train them to be a part of the IAF. AFCAT 2 2022 Score Card

The AFCAT scorecard for the year 2022 will be soon available on the official website of the Indian Air Force. Those candidates who are eagerly waiting for the scorecard can use the below-mentioned steps to download the score card. The scorecard will demonstrate all the valuable details regarding the exam and the scores that the candidates acquired in the individual exams. All the aspirants must attend the written test of AFCAT and the aspirants applying for Technical posts are supposed to attend the Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT).

Each right answer carries +3 marks and -1 for a wrong answer. There will be no negative marking for unanswered questions. AFCAT 2 2022  Cut Off 

Cut off marks will be released along with the result of the AFCAT Examination. The cut off for each section will be provided. The cut off marks can be checked from the official site by logging in with the candidate credentials. The cut off marks for all the branches will be the same except  the Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT) batch which will have a separate cut off. So candidates appearing for EKT should clear both the cut off to be eligible for the next round. Candidates can check their cut off in their score card. AFCAT 2 2022 Selection Procedure 

The selection process for the AFCAT 2022 has 3 main stages. The candidate first will have to attempt the written test examination which contains 100 questions. The candidate clearing the test will undergo the AFSB or Air Force Selection Board Interview. The interview has 3 stages which are as follows:

• Stage 1 : OIR or Officer Intelligence Rating and PPDT or Picture Perception and Discussion Test. Candidates qualifying Stage 1 will undergo eligibility check and document verification.

• Stage 2 : Psychological test, Group Test and Interview.

• Stage 3 : CPSS or Computerised Pilot Selection System. This test is for the flying branch and if the candidate fails for the same, they are no longer eligible for the flying training.

After all these procedures comes the Medical Test of the candidate. Candidates clearing all the levels will be selected for the specific branch and can start their training with IAF. The second phase of the exam is AFSB. Candidates who alleviate the written exam will obtain the call letters for AFSB Interview round. Selected Candidates will be called at one of the Air Force Selection Board.

The phase of the interview will last for 5 days. The candidate is asked to complete different types of intellectual and cognitive assignments. The Interview round will be the last. The candidate will be assessed based on his undertaking in all the charges converged. Candidates who have devoted for NCC Special Entry and Meteorology Branch will be instantly called for AFSB testing at one of the AFSB centers. Candidates are recommended to be physically healthy and restorative to experience different tests at AFSB.

Contenders should strive to acquire the capability to run 01 mile (1.6 km) in 10 minutes, 10 push-ups, and 3 chin-ups. After the AFSB Interviews, the candidates at the AFSB centers will organize the final excellence list of scholars who will be inaugurated in the Indian Air Force as Group A Gazetted Officers in Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches for classes initiating in July 2023.
