Salary Structure of the Bank of Maharashtra Generalist Officer
The chosen applicants will be trained and given fundamental banking knowledge. This is done after joining, an online program. The candidate should complete this course before the stipulated date. The chosen aspirants, on the occasion of joining, will have to agree to a Bond for a worth of Rs. 2 lakh (Rs. Two lakh only) to work in the Bank for a minimum tenure of two years. The Bond will be appealed by the Bank if the applicant resigns from the job of the Bank before the end of two years from the time of joining. On joining, the chosen applicants will be addressed as “Generalist Officers” and will be on probation for a year. They will be exposed to regular valuation during the probation tenure. Those applicants who qualify in the valuation as per standards set by the Bank from time to time will be established into the Service of the Bank permanently. If an applicant fails to attain the minimum standards specified, his / her services may be terminated from the Bank in power at a significant time.
