Central Bank of India is an Indian nationalized bank. It is under the ownership of Ministry of Finance, Government of India and is one of the oldest and largest nationalized commercial banks in India.
This time the Central Bank of India has released the recruitment notification for hiring candidates to the post of Specialist Officer (SO) in Information Technology Senior Manager Category. Eligible candidates can apply online for the recruitment exam from 10th February to 2nd March 2022 through the official website of Central Bank of India. However, 6 years of post-qualification hands-on experience is mandatory for applying to the post of SO which reported 19 Vacancies only.
Central Bank of India SO Selection Process 2022
The SO selection process includes two stages; online exam and personal interview. For selection as a SO in the Central Bank candidates will have to qualify the online objective exam by getting the qualifying marks. Qualifying candidates will be called for the next round which is a personal interview round.
Central Bank of India SO Online Exam Selection Procedure 2022
After the successful submission of the exam application form, the Central Bank of India will scrutinize your application. Once they found your details and submitted files such as photograph and signature are valid, then the bank will approve your application and will provide the admit card for the online exam. Candidates can download the admit card once it is available on the official website of the Central Bank of India. The bank will conduct the online exam tentatively on 27 March 2022 and the admit cards for the exam will be available tentatively on 17 March 2022.

- Questions will be of Objective type; MCQs
- Total number of question: 100
- Each question carries 1 mark
- .25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer
- Total duration of the exam is One hour or 60 minutes
- The topics of the exam are Stream/ category-specific questions, Computer knowledge, and Banking, and general awareness.

Central Bank of India SO Interview Selection 2022
Once the candidates qualified the online exam, they will be called for the personal interview round. The candidates should bring all the required documents prescribed by the Central Bank of India. Candidates’ social and speaking skills, attitudes etc… will be analyzed in the interview round.

Candidates have to produce their mark sheets, other personal documents prescribed by the Central Bank of India during the personal interview round of the bank.
