Role Overview: What You’ll Do

As a Data Analyst intern, you will work on real‑world, data‑driven projects using military datasets. The focus is on hands‑on experience in data collection, cleaning, validation, and analysis, along with Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting practices under expert mentorship.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyze and organize data using Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, Dynamic Arrays).
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Strong Tableau expertise is preferred for advanced visualizations and insightful dashboards.
• Identify trends, automate recurring reports, and present actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while maintaining data quality and documentation.

Who Can Apply (Eligibility)

Only candidates who meet all of the following can apply: 1. Degree: B.Tech / B.E. (or equivalent) with specialization in Computer Science or Computer Science & Engineering. 2. Duration: Available for the full 75 days. 3. Skills & Interest: Have relevant skills and interests aligned with data analysis/BI. Note: Knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA, or Looker Studio is mentioned as an added advantage in the program description.

Stipend, Attendance & Important Conditions

• Stipend: Up to ₹75,000, disbursed on successful completion of the internship and fulfillment of all requirements.
• Attendance rule: Final stipend depends on overall attendance; interns with less than 75% attendance will not be eligible for any stipend.
• Placements: No placement assistance or employment opportunities will be provided during or after the internship.
• Accommodation:Not provided; candidates must arrange their own stay in Delhi.
• Multiple applications: A student can apply to multiple Indian Army internships but can accept only one offer letter.

Working Hours, Dress Code & Conduct

• Timings: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Dress code (strict formal):
  • – Men: Formal shirts, trousers, formal footwear.
  • – Women: Indian suits or western formal attire
• Conduct & device policy:
  • Smartphones and laptops are not permitted inside office premises; deposit at security gate.
  • Only non‑smartphones are allowed inside.
  • Organization will provide dedicated workstations with stable internet.
  • Interns must respect data confidentiality, information security policies, and organizational conduct protocols.

All selected candidates must bring originals + photocopies of: 1. Current Degree Verification Certificate issued by the Registrar or Head of Department (for students). 2. Police Verification Certificate from the relevant local authority (mandatory). 3. Government‑issued ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, etc.). 4.
