Age Limit

Age Relaxation
Relaxation is permitted in the upper age limit for individuals of reservation categories (SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen and for ESIC Employees, Government Servants)

Nationality
An applicant should be either:
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a citizen of Nepal, or
(c) a native of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before January 1st, 1962, to settle permanently in India, or
(e) an individual of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Nations of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam to settle permanently in India.
On circumstance that an applicant belonging to (b), (c), (d) and (e) mentioned above shall be an individual in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. An applicant in whose instance a certificate of admissibility is essential may be admitted to the test but the offer of appointment will be provided only after the required eligibility-certificate has been allotted to him by the Government of India.
How to Apply for ESIC Stenographer 2022?
1. Go to ESIC official site www.esic.nic.in .
2. Press “APPLY ONLINE FOR RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF UDC/STENO/MTS IN ESIC “. A new window will be opened.
3. Press “Click here for Registration”. Enter essential info with accuracy.
4. A provisional registration number and password will be created by the system and sent via email or SMS.
5. Press the “SAVE AND NEXT” button.
6. Read the application and make necessary corrections before pressing the ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION button. Even small spelling errors in personal particulars can lead to disqualification.
7. Photograph -Proportions
• 200 x 230 pixels (favored)
• The size of the file must be between 20kb to 50 kb

8. Signature-
• Image type: jpg / jpeg
• Proportions: 140 x 60 pixels in 200 DPI (Favored for required quality)
• The size of the file must be between 10 KB to 20 KB
• With black ink pen on white paper.
9. Hand-written declaration-
• Image type: jpg / jpeg
• Proportions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Favored for required quality) i.e. 10 * 5 (Width *Height) (in cm)
• The size of the file must be between 50 KB to100 KB
10. Left thumb impression-
• Image type: jpg / jpeg
• Proportions: 240 x 240 pixels in 200 DPI (Favored for required quality) i.e. 3 * 3 (Width * Height) (in cm)
• The file size must be in the range 20 KB to 50 KB
11. Upload photograph, thumb impression, signature and hand-written declaration in the respective spaces provided.
12. Press the ‘Payment’ button and proceed with the same.
13. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be produced. If not, you have to log in again using the given provisional registration number and repeat the steps for remitting the fee.
14. Press the ‘Submit’ button.
15. Print the application and e-receipt.
