The Import-Export Bank will conduct an online written examination to recruit candidates who have registered for the Exim Bank recruitment in 2022. Knowing the detailed syllabus and going over it with the candidates can help them improve their exam performance. Only candidates who apply for the job online will be considered for the examination, which will take place in April 2022. Management Trainees will be promoted to Grade/Scale Junior Management as Deputy Manager after completing a one-year traineeship in the Bank. During the traineeship duration, a monthly stipend of’55,000/- would be paid. Selected candidates will be required to sign a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 3 lakhs to serve the Bank for one year as a Management Trainee from the date of hire and a minimum of 5 years as a Deputy Manager from the date of absorption into the Bank’s service.
