What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded control/firmware software for X‑ray generators within the Imaging Sub Systems group.
- Build software tools for configuration, testing, validation, and support of embedded systems.
- Implement real-time embedded solutions using Embedded C, C, and C++.
- Develop and simulate control applications using MATLAB and Simulink.
- Integrate and troubleshoot hardware drivers; support hardware–software interfacing.
- Work with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
- Support development of control algorithms (e.g., PI/PID loops) and evaluate performance using Bode plots, Nyquist plots, and margin analysis.
- Work on digital hardware platforms involving MCUs, DSPs, and SoC devices (Xilinx/Intel).

Must-Have Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics / Electrical / Control Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience: Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Embedded software development fundamentals
- Programming in Embedded C, C++, and C for real-time applications
- MATLAB and Simulink for control application development and simulation
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Prior internship or project experience in embedded systems
- Familiarity with assembly language alongside C
- Understanding of control loops (PI/PID) and control system analysis (Nyquist, Bode, margins)

- Exposure to SoC devices (Xilinx/Intel) and experience using Git for version control
